7 Beauty Products I’ll Be Using for a *Safe* Sun-Kissed Glow

Not to throw any *shade*or whatever, but the sun is awfully bad for our skin. We all know this— but it’s still a painful fact to swallow.

Like most children, I absolutely despised sunscreen and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to soak up the summer rays without it. I remain with vivid memories of running away from that freezing cold white spray forcefully charged out at me. Shout-out Coppertone!

Years later, I now wear it everyday. It’s simply part of my skincare ritual like any serum or cream. From wrinkle prevention to fighting old acne scars, it’s become a valuable possession.

But while a few swipes of sunscreen work as essential protection, frying la face outside is still harmful. Tan lines can be hot, but sun burns are never a good look. The carefully thought-out conflict arises each year when we yearn that sumptuous sun-kissed skin but fear the present (and future) damage.

Luckily, I’ve learned there’s a halfway point that can be constructed with the help of a few products. It’ll never be the same as a perfectly natural sun tan, but it’s pretty damn good. What’s tastier is the fact that it’s entirely guilt-free.

Curious? Take a look down below and meet your new summer essentials. They are so incredibly worth it.
